Oh boy...here we go. It's not the system, it 's how YOU implement it? If I had a nickel for every time some Agile shill said that I would not have to endure Agile anymore! Please stop thinking that the problem with Agile is the way people "use it". It's become a religious holy war that can only be excised by another holy war. Stop the madness.

Question: If so many organizations "get Agile wrong" does that indicate a fundamental problem with organizations or Agile? It's a tough question for sure, since so many organizations are flawed - but Agile isn't helping them. So my money is on Agile as the answer.
